Draft terms for controlled PhoneLytix staging and Internal Test access.

Permitted use
PhoneLytix is for legitimate diagnostics of devices the operator is authorized to handle. It must not be used to bypass ownership, account, screen-lock, device-management, activation or authorization protections.
Staging service
The current hosted environment uses test data and Stripe Sandbox. It is not a production service, a service-level commitment or an offer to take live payments.
Customer responsibilities
Customers remain responsible for lawful device ownership, technician access, data handling, erasure and final resale-readiness verification.
Launch review
Company identity, support contacts, governing law, liability terms and final pricing must be completed and legally reviewed before commercial release.
